How many times did you wake up in the morning just to rush through your to-do list and get out of the door. I go on automatic pilot, still feeling a bit woozy due to sleep, and just do the things I need to do. But what if you had something magical called TIME to be mindful, set your intention for the day and think about what you want to achieve? That would make a huge difference!
During the Summer Sunrise Tai Chi gives free classes on Monday in the park and today I had my first taste of it. After my first ‘series’ of movement I was sooo relaxed I could sleep! Taking things so slow made me more aware of my body and movements and because the focus was shifted on this I wasn’t even thinking. It was so relaxing that I’m thinking of including this in my morning routine to start my morning on a positive note.
